Different views of two filaments undergoing thermal motion that are bound together at different points by linkers (gray).  Each filament encounters different forces (arrows) and torques (arrows with disks) at each timestep.  The views shown are in the following order. 1) (Blue) Brownian force on filament. 2) (Light Blue) Brownian Torque on filament. 3) (Cyan) Torques applied on each filament segment, which assure they have the proper bending rigidity. 4) (Green) Compression forces which maintain a constant contour length for each filament.  5)  (White) Shows Body Fixed Axes and (Magenta) endpoints for each filament segment. 6) (Yellow) Linker Compression forces. 7) (White) Linker Torques applied to the filament segment, which enforce a preferred binding angle (if any) between the filament and linker.
